BRISTOL, TN (April 21, 2015) -- Powerhouse bluegrass band Blue Highway will be featured in a six-part series beginning April 22 on "Bluegrass From the Country Store." The Ron Cornett-hosted weekly show airs on Wednesdays from 5:00-8:00 pm ET on www.BluegrassMix.com."It's an honor to do this series of interviews with all the members of Blue Highway," said Ron Cornett. "Being able to cover their new individual projects, their newest #1 album "The Game," and ending with a special program "Twenty Years with Blue Highway" will be a highlight of my career."
"Blue Highway Wednesdays" will feature music and interviews with Blue Highway and its members on the fourth Wednesday of each month from April to September.

The Blue Highway series launches on Wednesday, April 22, with a show featuring the band's dynamic mandolin player and gifted songwriter Shawn Lane. Lane's newest album "Mountain Songs" released in August 2014 and was named #19 on the Top 20 Albums of 2014 list by music critic Daniel Mullins of "Bluegrass Today."
